Vega

all sorbets are vegan with 50% content of regional fruit, whether fresh or selected. Our chocolate and vanilia gelato uses soy.

Bio

in other words eco- or organic these make us probably the only producers of craft gelato in Poland to be Bio-certified for our produce.

Stevia

for people who like to keep fit, diabetics, and all calorie counters, as in this line we have replaced sugar with stevia.

Premium

with special attention paid to the selection of ingredients and their sourcing, for example all cocoa for our Madagascar chocolate gelato originates on that island.

Classic

falling back on craftsmanship of the first order and the choice of classic ingredients including full milk and cream.

About Us

Repeatedly returning to beautiful, hot, and highly artistic Italy, my father became fascinated with the unique, fine taste of Italian gelato – the name used by both experts and connoisseurs.

In 2007, my father decided to open a gelato shop in Kraków, the city we come from.

We started the first in the very heart of the city, at ul. Grodzka 13.

What is the difference between gelato and ice cream that is made industrially?

  • Gelato consists of real natural ingredients.
  • It is made by hand.
  • Contains hardly any air.
  • Has low fat content – 0% in sorbets.
  • Its serving temperature is -14°C and not -20°C.

Our aim in all our Gelatos is, that we are using real fresh food just taken from a tree or dairy from freshly milked cows.
When it comes to organic, we raise the bar and we restrictively select our suppliers to use only 100% organic ingredients.

All we do is hand made. We carefully take care about the product on every step starting from choosing the ingredients until the final customer satisfaction.

Description of the franchise system We are a traditional ice cream parlours with a modern twist. We combine traditional recipe given to me by my parents with the modern lines of ice cream as a certified BIO, VEGA - where sorbets hold 50% of fruit and full fat milk and cream -as it comes with CLASSIC line- is replaced by soy drink. Some flavours are sweeten with STEVIA in place of sugar from sugar beets. PREMIUM line is based on selected ingredients like pistachios harvested only in the region of Bronte in Italy, chocolate origins - cacao harvested only in the region of Peru, Uganda whether Madagascar, or fruits like mango imported from India or maracuja imported from Brazil.
Depending on the type of property we can offer cooperation seasonal 6-8 months, year-round or a combination of the two franchises summer and winter.
